It's Finally Out! Inside the Texas Chicken Ranch: Definitive Account of the Best Little Whorehouse

Some of you know my other half, Jayme, has been working on a book for several years now. What started as a project we thought would take 6 months quickly turned into 6 years.

But years of research and then years of trying to find a publisher have finally paid off. Today is the official release date of Inside the Texas Chicken Ranch: The Definitive Account of the Best Little Whorehouse.

It's been a lot of work. Work that I helped out with when I could. We made several stops at the old brothel, which is where I captured these images as well as countless more.

We also made a trip out to Phoenix to spend a day with the former madam, Edna Milton -- the one portrayed by Dolly Parton in the movie. That trip seems like ages ago! We were so fortunate to know her and befriend her. She passed away shortly after that trip and never got to see the book published. Jayme dedicated the book to her and all of the ladies who went through the Chicken Ranch.
